Julie M. Rose

Julie Rose has been with Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos and its predecessor firm, Randick & O'Dea since 1989. Prior to entering the legal profession, Julie worked as a chemist for 3M in Minnesota and then as a marketing specialist for Chevron Chemical Company.

Julie's practice focuses on real estate matters incorporating her background in chemistry environmental law and experience with underground storage tanks. This area of work includes purchase and sale agreements for contaminated property, purchase and sale agreements for operating service stations, applications to the State Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund, assisting clients with compliance issues and assisting clients in obtaining one of many new insurance packages available to cover their environmental concerns. Julie also advises clients, both employers and employees, on labor issues, including wage and hour laws, severance packages, overtime, employment contracts, employee handbooks and employee leave.
