Holly J. Nelson

Holly has been practicing since 1994 in the areas of international business transactions and broad based transactional work for technology clients, with clients ranging in location from London, England to the San Francisco Bay Area and from South Africa to Indonesia. She has extensive experience developing international relationships and developing strategies that strengthen business ties between companies and countries.
She assists clients with formation strategy, strategic alliances, fund-raising, equity and debt structures, deal-making opportunities, packaging and assessing merger and acquisition opportunities, due diligence matters and crisis management. Holly's practice concentrates on the law as a tool to augment and assist in the business process. She takes a proactive role with her clients in both deal-making and in organizing for successful growth into new areas and new locations. Holly is skilled at making complex business transactions translate into clear concise legal documents.
Holly is also an instructor at University of Phoenix and will be teaching a course in Technology and the Law as well as a course in Antiquities and Art law for JFK University in the spring Semester of 2003.
