Michael E. Kyle
Michael has practiced law in Alameda County for over thirty years. His practice has been located in the Tri-Valley area since May 1, 1974. Prior to his locating in Eastern Alameda County, he practiced with the Alameda County Public Defenders' Office where he gained significant experience as a trial lawyer. He joined Randick O'Dea & Tooliatos as a full partner in July, 1995.
Besides practicing law, Mike has been active in a wide variety of professional and community based organizations where he has served in various executive capacities including Dublin Rotary Club, the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association.
Mike has also represented the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District as its general counsel for more than
thirty years. In that role, he has developed expertise in a great many practice areas including land use law,
condemnation law, environmental law, real estate law, contract negotiation and public employment law.
Mike's present practice areas include representation of public entities, transactional and general business matters, land use planning, estate planning, and general civil litigation with an emphasis in construction law.
