Kimberly Kerry
Associate
Kimberly Kerry is a transactional attorney whose practice areas include estate and tax planning, probate and trust administration, and general business and corporate representation. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Santa Clara University School of Law. She is a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, Kimberly received various academic honors and was the managing editor of Santa Clara's Law Review.
Kimberly is also an experienced certified public accountant licensed in California since 1998. She has practiced as an auditor, tax preparer and tax reviewer. She has compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements for HUD housing projects, real estate companies, non-profit corporations and the manufacturing and service industries. Her tax experience includes individual, corporate, partnership and non-profit tax preparation and consulting.
