David Brillant
Associate
David Brillant is both a transactional and litigation attorney whose primary practice areas are Trusts and Estates, Taxation and general business matters. Mr. Brillant received his law degree from Golden Gate University in 2002 and an LL.M in Taxation, with honors, in 2004. Mr. Brillant has represented individuals and business from publicly traded companies to small entrepreneurs.
With respect to Mr. Brillant’s Trust and Estate work, he has prepared, implemented and administered numerous estate plans with varying degrees of complexity. Additionally, Mr. Brillant has utilized his litigation background in representing parties in Trust and Estate litigation.
On other litigation matters, Mr. Brillant represents clients in a wide range of business disputes and in tax controversy cases before the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board and the California Employment Development Division. Over the course of these engagements, Mr. Brillant has consistently achieved positive results.
